About The Position

Guitar Center is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to create a welcoming, music-focused shopping experience. The associate greets customers, learns about their musical interests, and recommends instruments and gear. Associates are expected to pursue sales goals, make relevant upsell and cross-sell recommendations, keep current with product trends, and collaborate with the team. The listed pay rate is $15.00–$22.50 per hour plus commission, depending on background and experience; actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, other factors, and location.
