About The Position
Cargo Largo is hiring seasonal clothing retail sales associates. The role involves organizing clothing so merchandise is easy to find, keeping fixtures and shelves stocked, assisting customers courteously, and building rapport with regular customers. Training is provided. The position offers 20–25 hours per week, with evenings and weekends, and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Organize clothing for easy shopping, including recovering merchandise and grouping like sizes together; this takes approximately 75% of the work time.
- Keep fixtures and shelves stocked and merchandise fresh.
- Help customers find merchandise and answer questions courteously.
- Build rapport with regular customers by learning their names and buying interests.
- Help achieve team goals with a positive outlook.
- Take initiative and shift tasks when not assisting a customer.
