About The Position

Bonobos is seeking a Guide, or Retail Sales Associate, for its Knox-Henderson Guideshop. Guides are customer-focused, fit-focused, incentive-driven sales associates who use their product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a distinctive retail setting. The Guideshop offers one-on-one, appointment-based service and expert fit advice, complementing Bonobos’ online store. Its assortment includes men’s clothing for a range of styles and occasions.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Bonobos is a menswear brand known for its personalized retail model and focus on fit. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation depends on factors including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Have 1–3 years of sales or relevant experience.
• Have knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
