About The Position

Vuori is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on delivering memorable customer experiences, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and maintaining store operations and visual presentation. The hourly pay range is $17.25–$19.28, plus team-pooled commission.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge about fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
