About The Position
Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist), providing inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. The role focuses on creating fun and meaningful interactions with guests, delivering a signature store experience, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The position is described as seasonal and part-time, with up to 20 hours of weekly availability required; this availability does not guarantee that 20 hours will be scheduled. Associates greet guests, operate the register, maintain clean and visually stimulating store and stockroom environments, assist with merchandise receiving, follow LEGO Brand Retail standards and safety regulations, and report potential shortages or challenging customer situations to management. The role requires flexibility to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates, and to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, registers, and loading dock. The position involves frequent movement, communication, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required, as well as lifting at least 30 pounds. The listed hourly wage ranges differ within the posting: one section gives $17.25–$18.25, while another gives $17.25–$18.75. Requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.

- Constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
- Have close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Lift at least 30 pounds.
Responsibilities

- Perform cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Exceed guest expectations through fun and meaningful interactions and customer engagement.
- Use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
