About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and offering a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Dexterity is required.
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones.
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
