About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that fit each customer’s needs. The role may suit someone interested in sales or helping people. The position involves welcoming and assisting customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders. A flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, is required.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments that meet customers’ needs.
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
- Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
- Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
