Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The day-to-day includes engaging with customers, educating them on products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The environment is energetic, and team members appreciate dedication and commitment. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
- Dexterity is required.
- Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)

- Engage with customers, educate them on available AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process.
- Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
- Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team.
- Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
- Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
- Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
