About The Position

TJ Maxx is looking for a Retail Sales Associate for their new store in Winter Garden, FL. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles transactions, promotes loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise, and participates in store recovery and cleanliness. The associate will also provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
