About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and thoughtful engagement to build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire loyalty. The role focuses on customer service and selling rather than only cashier duties. You help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor. At the start of the day, you prepare the floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. Throughout the day, you welcome and engage customers, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and selected returns to vendors, update signs and prices, and assist with merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits and provide a thoughtful closing to each customer interaction. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve, learn from each other, and achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
