About The Position

This is a part-time Retail Sales Associate position at Century City. The role involves communicating Therabody's values and brand philosophy, creating an excellent consumer experience, and promoting an efficient and inclusive retail environment. The associate will gain thorough knowledge of all Therabody products to engage with guests effectively. Responsibilities also include participating in off-site events, understanding and following all company policies and procedures, and contributing to daily store tasks such as restocking inventory, cleaning, answering calls, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Experience within the health and wellness field
• A curious mind who is eager to learn and help others
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• The ability to lift boxes to 50lbs
• The ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Retail knowledge in using Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
• A current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE, or applicable university degree (i.e., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.)
