About The Position
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, sales-driven Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help guests discover skincare products that meet their needs. The role involves customer service, consultative selling, personalized product recommendations, and educating customers about skincare products. Associates also help maintain the sales floor and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by helping customers, achieving sales goals, and creating memorable shopping experiences while representing a skincare brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Requirements
- Pass a background screening.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers confidently.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At least one year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to eight hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and store presentation.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
