About The Position

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role contributes to sales and store performance, maintains inventory and store operations, and supports a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates provide automotive product guidance, use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles, and follow established processes and safety policies. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to foster a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently using structured processes and comply with company safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise as required.
