About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates recommend technology products and services suited to customers’ needs. The role is suitable for people with a passion for sales or helping others.

Associates welcome and engage with customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. They also process purchases, returns, and exchanges; keep their product knowledge current; maintain a clean, stocked sales floor; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and availability for a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
