North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA, is looking to hire a Full-Time Sporting Goods Lead to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. As a Sporting Goods Lead at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, leading and developing a successful team and safeguarding company assets.
Requirements
- Knowledge of sporting goods products
- General knowledge of customer service principles
- Displaying, promoting, and selling products
- Product knowledge
- Communication techniques to convey and obtain information
- Proper and business appropriate use of language
- Reading comprehension to understand manufacturer’s information
- Writing accurately to complete documentation
- Knowledge of department merchandise, usage or application, competitive advantages, developments and trends and customer preferences
