About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Hardware Associate in Moses Lake, Washington. The role supports the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The position requires working scheduled shifts within the store’s business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduling must be flexible based on business needs and may include weekends and certain holidays.

Requirements

Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands North 40 sells.

Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.
Physical ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 65 lbs.
Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
