Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.
• Have a “can-do” attitude.
• Know what gets you fired up to achieve your best productivity.
• Be ready for a hard day's work on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Be able to legally own a firearm.
• Work as a team to uphold our Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with know-how on firearms, ammo, camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
• Display down-to-earth products for an easy shopping experience.
• Earn customer smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.
