As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will...
provide your customers with the know-how on everything from firearms and ammo, to camping and hiking, to hunting and fishing, plus much, much more.
display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience.
earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.
• Must have a “can-do” attitude.
• Must know what motivates you to achieve your best productivity.
• Must be ready for a hard day's work on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Must be able to legally own a firearm.
• Must work as a team to uphold the company's Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product knowledge on firearms, ammo, camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
• Display products for an easy shopping experience.
• Engage customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
