This role involves creating an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors while working in a supportive, spa-like environment. The studio offers a calm, slower-paced atmosphere focused on wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and positive attitude
Morning and evening weekday availability
Comfortable using scheduling and payment software systems
Passion for wellness, self-care, and creating a positive environment for both clients and coworkers

Nice To Haves

Weekend availability is a plus
Prior retail sales or membership sales experience preferred
Customer service experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus

Greet clients and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
