About The Position

FEEDS ‘N NEEDS is hiring a Retail Sales/Warehouse Worker to join our team in Bridgewater on a permanent full-time basis. This role is responsible for coordinating incoming shipments, processing documents, storing, rotating, monitoring, and counting inventory, and organizing and maintaining the warehouse, yard, and store. The ideal candidate will have a professional and positive attitude, a passion for excellent customer service, and the ability to lift 25 kg bags of feed.

Ability to lift 25 kg bags of feed

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Efficiently multi-task under tight deadlines
Ability to regularly bend and twist and lift 25kg on an occasional basis
Ability to stand for long periods
Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty hot/cold environments

Nice To Haves

Grade 12 or equivalent
Ability to communicate and write in English
Training on the job plus specialized (formal) training
Proficiency in cash handling, MS Office, and other computer applications

Responsibilities

Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards
