About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You provide friendly, high-quality service and support your team in achieving sales goals. You prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. On the sales floor, you welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. You strive to improve, take pride in your work, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Meet physical requirements that include talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and be able to process register transactions.
