Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Fashion Valley
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. You foster a friendly environment that encourages customers to return and support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare the sales floor for customers, review goals and information about new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and engage customers with a warm welcome and personal conversations. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong individual and store results. This seasonal role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality. The physical requirements include talking, lifting, moving, standing, reaching, standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The role also requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, as well as frequent use of computers and other technology to perform job functions and process register transactions.
Requirements
