About The Position

As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you drive sales by connecting with customers, sharing vendor product knowledge, and recommending additional items. You cultivate repeat clientele and serve as the expert for the vendor, brand, or area you represent. You provide an exceptional customer experience, help maintain the sales floor, build brand-specific clientele, and plan and lead vendor-sponsored and other customer-facing events. You act as a liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership, and use Macy’s point-of-sale systems and company devices to complete sales. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
