About The Position

The Retail Sales Agent ("Agente de Ventas") welcomes our guests with a warm and friendly smile. Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and/or training. A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Current industry certifications required: Food Handlers Certification & RBS Certification
• Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with retail purchases and inquiries.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to requests promptly.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and assist guests with questions regarding products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of retail merchandise and promotions to effectively assist guests.
• Process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
• Balance and maintain an assigned cash bank.
• Complete end-of-shift procedures and required documentation.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
• Support sales goals by recommending products and identifying add-on purchase opportunities.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
