Requirements
- Startup Capital: Required to have $100,000 in liquid assets for agency operations.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong desire to run your own business and be your own boss.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; your motivation and willingness to learn are key!
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead and manage a sales team, motivating them towards achieving shared goals.
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain and maintain relevant insurance licenses with applications for support and training provided by Farmers.
