About The Position

Parker & Sons is seeking a Retail Sales Administrator to join their team. This role involves overseeing lead demands for Costco & Home Depot’s Service Provider Program (Centah & HD Service Center). The administrator will support inbound calling, booking, and assigning leads from Home Depot’s portal, and make outbound calls for estimates. They will also provide backup support for the field, handling payment or minor task-related questions for Home Depot issues. Requirements

Must be able to pass a Home Depot Background check.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
3 years or more of operating a computer in a work place setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Skype for Business).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Etc).
Ability to multi-task while being comfortable with taking phone calls.
Time Management Skills.

Nice To Haves

No prior trade or call center experience required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

Creating Jobs and Leads in multiple operating systems while taking incoming retail specialized calls, from either our field staff (B.D.Rs, Tech, Office Staff) or Home Depot’s store staff.
Supporting the confirmation process of Home Depot leads and being overflow for the Install Department’s CCR to Sales Coordinator Process.
Assisting in other customer support queues during high demand times.
Performing any other management directives that may arise during day-to-day operations.
