This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and ensuring they find what they're looking for. The position also ensures a fast and friendly checkout experience, completes truck unloading and merchandise duties, and maintains store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises. The team member will also assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. Additionally, the role is responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The team member will interact positively with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This position also involves cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and performing other duties as assigned.
