This position leads and manages a retail sales and operations team comprised of approximately 15-18 branches and 100-150 branch sales people for a specific region. The position is responsible for all area activity, operating, financial results (including growing regional retail consumer profitability) and strategic direction. This position has strategic responsibility for both short and long term objectives and is responsible for managing a significant segment of the retail branch’s business. The position is typically responsible for 100-150 employees comprising of 15 – 18 branches.
