The Retail PT Store Environment Team Member is responsible for maintaining a high standard of the overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver on Brand Promises. This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. Key duties include trash disposal, floor cleaning, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning specific high-traffic areas like bathrooms and breakrooms. The Team Member must also maintain cleaning equipment, manage supply needs, and proactively address areas requiring cleaning. All tasks must be completed in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines, while maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers. Additional duties may include providing fast checkout, handling cash, engaging customers in loyalty programs, assisting with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), participating in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram processes, and supporting shrink and safety programs.
