About The Position

The Retail Project Merchandiser assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates with executing client projects. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis. The role involves performing product pulls, stocking, merchandising, capturing images, and completing projects, resets, and displays according to provided instructions and required quality standards. Associates work shifts based on store requirements and may work nights, overnights, and weekends. Duties and responsibilities may vary with project requirements and client needs, and may change with or without notice.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certification.
Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance.
Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.
Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs., frequently lift or carry objects and products up to 35 lbs., and lift objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to work sitting, standing, or walking, and perform fine hand or finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
Flexibility to work nights, overnights, and weekends.
Willingness and ability to work for limited periods in cold environments, including refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores.

Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, successes, and potential barriers to the onsite supervisor.
Use handheld device functions effectively and consistently.
Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
Work flexible shifts, including morning or evening shifts, based on store requirements.
