About The Position

The Retail Programs Specialist reports to the Marketing Programs Manager and is responsible for overseeing and managing all program enrollments, including manufacturer incentive programs and retail franchise programs. They ensure accurate documentation, timely communication with the Field Sales team, and maintenance of enrollment records to align with manufacturers' records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly uploads of sales and program data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy in file formatting, data mapping, and system integration to support rewards calculations and eligibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers and customers, providing clear and timely updates on enrollment status, including approvals, denials, cancellations, and program changes.
  • Support special projects to ensure systems remain accurate, up to date, and optimized.
  • Reconcile enrollment and performance data across internal systems, manufacturers, and third-party partners to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, identifying trends and data anomalies that impact program effectiveness.
  • Monitor dealer performance against program criteria and support the calculation and distribution of rewards, rebates, and incentives based on predefined rules.
  • Maintain process documentation, recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy, and partner with marketing, sales, DOS, and Financial Services teams to support program execution and communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, order coordination, account and program updates, and issue resolution.
