About The Position

We’re looking for a high-energy leader to recruit, coach, and manage retail teams supporting major programs inside Home Depot and Costco locations. You’ll travel between stores, build strong teams, keep operations running smoothly, and bring positive energy everywhere you go. This role is perfect for someone who’s been an Assistant Store Manager, retail lead, field trainer, or staffing coordinator and is ready for something bigger. If you’re the type of person who walks into chaos and immediately starts organizing, motivating, and improving things — we want to talk to you.
