About The Position

Coolray is seeking a Retail Program Supervisor to lead and manage retail partnerships across ten Home Depot locations in the Nashville market. This role involves coaching retail representatives, supporting store performance, recruiting talent, collaborating with retail management, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The position offers the opportunity to move beyond single-store management and take ownership of multiple locations and teams. The ideal candidate is a retail leader energized by developing people, solving challenges, and leading from the front.

Requirements

2+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
Multi-location leadership experience is a plus.
Recruiting, interviewing, and coaching experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel daily between assigned retail locations.
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.
Frequent standing and walking throughout retail locations.
Regular travel between nine assigned stores.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales Representatives.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent.
Conduct regular visits to all assigned retail locations.
Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and recognition.
Partner with Home Depot and Costco leadership to strengthen relationships.
Manage schedules, staffing levels, and event coverage.
Monitor KPIs, lead generation goals, and overall program performance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Support new store launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives.
Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Create an engaging, energetic culture focused on growth and results.
