As the Retail Program Manager, you will lead, manage, and deliver programs that elevate the in-store retail experience and strengthen engagement across Brooks’ retail network. This role involves facilitating the strategy, development, and execution of programs supporting new store openings, community impact, associate engagement, and promotional initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all programs are scalable, brand-right, and aligned with Brooks’ mission to “awaken the runner in everyone”.
