The Retail Process Owner is responsible for supporting the fluctuating needs of the Retail Operations team through process improvement initiatives, project and program management, the creation and sustainment of operational documentation, and cross-functional operational initiative-based support. This position requires a strong eye for detail, change management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and the ability to balance changing priorities. The ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of process expertise and communication skills positioning them to deliver innovative solutions that gain alignment, drive adoption, and scale seamlessly across the chain. The Retail Process Owner ensures retail processes, communications, and documentation of all assigned projects follow a consistent structure, provide clear direction, and have been approved by operations leadership to create an exceptional associate experience and a platform for flawless store execution.
