What You’ll Do As a part-time Pro Shop Attendant, you’ll help keep our Tennis Pro Shop running smoothly by supporting members and guests with friendly, efficient service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills; POS training provided
- Weekend availability as needed
Nice To Haves
- Tennis familiarity is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service and sales support
- Processing merchandise purchases using the pro shop POS system
- Answering product questions and helping customers select items
- Assisting with member requests such as phone messages and court reservations
- Keeping displays, inventory areas, and the front counter neat and organized
- Completing other tasks as assigned
