Requirements
- Proficient in basic mathematical and pharmaceutical calculations.
- Proficient in computer and telephone skills.
- Provide accurate, independent work.
- Ability to interact well with other healthcare personnel as part of the PHC team.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic pharmaceutical duties and work under the direct supervision of PHC Registered Pharmacists.
- Demonstrate competence in ordering and control of stock, selection of drug product, nonsterile drug preparation, controlled substance handling and pharmacy automated systems.
- Show proficiency in applicable insurance adjudication, prescription entry, cash handling and inventory control.
