About The Position

The Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily non-clinical operations of the retail pharmacy location. This role works in conjunction with the Pharmacists to ensure that the Pharmacy is operating efficiently, in compliance with laws/regulations, as well as serving the needs of our customers. This includes supervising pharmacy technicians, managing workflow, ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining inventory, supporting training initiatives, and upholding a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Dedication, and Respect.
