Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory
About The Position
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. You will work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit. You will partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program. Travel to retail locations is also a part of the role.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

- Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked

- Works one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event
- Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required
- Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
- Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
- Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed
