About The Position

WIS International is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory role. This position involves partnering with healthcare professionals to accurately capture inventory data, including part numbers, serial numbers, NDC's, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medications. The role requires using handheld scanners to count and record retail inventory, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals. Travel to retail locations is necessary, and there are opportunities for paid travel and occasional overnight assignments. Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
  • Travel to retail locations.
  • Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
  • Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
  • Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Works one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event.
  • Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
  • Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
  • Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
