About The Position

WIS International is seeking active individuals for a Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory position. This role involves partnering with healthcare professionals to accurately count and record inventory of medical devices and/or medications using handheld scanners. The job requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, meeting productivity goals, and traveling to retail locations. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active job where you will be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It's ideal for those who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and are rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using handheld technology
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.

  • Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
  • Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
  • Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
