Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Recommend products based on each pet’s needs.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and current offers.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and organize displays.
• Lift and stock bags of pet food and other supplies.
• Assist customers with self-wash stations and explain the process.
• Restock bathing supplies and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Provide occasional services such as walk-in nail trims; training is provided.
