Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Reliability and attention to detail are crucial for success.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required—willingness to learn is essential!

Responsibilities

• Navigate the warehouse efficiently, following pick sheets to grab items accurately.
• Use an RF scan gun to track items.
• Maintain accurate pick records and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan daily shipments.
• Receive, store, and distribute products while lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
• Verify part counts and ensure quality before shipment.
• Follow safety policies to thrive in a secure environment.
