Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
- Identify parts using catalogs, manufacturer systems, VIN information, and electronic parts systems
- Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone
- Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders
- Maintain accurate parts records and invoices
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts
- Maintain an organized and professional parts counter and retail area
- Coordinate with the Service Department and Technicians when necessary
- Follow up on special orders and customer requests
- Process returns and warranty-related parts transactions according to dealership policies
- Stay current on Kia parts, accessories, and product information
- Help maintain accurate inventory and minimize lost or incorrectly ordered parts
