Honda World Parts Department is looking for a retail parts counter sales person to help support our booming parts business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are currently seeking a retail parts counter person to join our team!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to use parts department computer system
- Good communication skills
- Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented
- Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic math skills for counting cash transactions
- Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate a fork lift truck is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with parts requests and purchases
- Assisting parts department management with inventory controls
- Answering phone calls in a timely fashion
- Completing tasks assigned by management in a timely fashion
