About The Position

Tulley Automotive Group is looking to fill a wholesale/retail parts counter position within our BMW Parts Department. Prior retail/wholesale experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the proper candidate. This job opening is due to growth. The Parts Counter Advisor orders, maintains, and tracks parts inventory for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Helps retail clients to acquire parts and accessories
• Answers phones to assist wholesale clients
• Orders appropriate parts when necessary
• Pulls and fills parts orders from stock
• Restocks inventory
• Communicates with customers on parts status
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources if necessary
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role and department
