About The Position

Great American RV SuperStores is seeking a Retail Parts Clerk to join their growing team. The Retail Parts Clerk assists walk-in customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories. This role involves answering inquiries, providing price quotes, and offering product recommendations. Additionally, the clerk will be responsible for monitoring, organizing, and restocking the parts inventory, pulling parts for retail sales and service repair orders, and reporting low stock levels.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with the Microsoft suite of products, Outlook, and Internet commerce.
High school diploma or GED.

Prior experience in a retail or parts sales environment (automotive or RV).

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing RV parts and accessories.
Answer customer inquiries.
Provide price quotes.
Offer product recommendations.
Monitor, organize, and restock parts inventory.
Pull parts for retail sales and service repair orders.
Report low stock levels.
Accurately process sales transactions using the dealership's inventory management system.
