Retail Parts Associate - Marine & Powersports
About The Position
Boomerang Marine & Sports is seeking a friendly and dependable Retail Parts Associate to assist customers in finding parts and accessories for their boats and powersports equipment. This role involves helping customers in-store, over the phone, and via email, stocking and organizing inventory, pulling parts for service technicians, maintaining a clean showroom and warehouse, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and special orders. The position also includes recommending accessories and add-on products. While prior parts experience is helpful, the company is willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements

- Is comfortable using computers and phones
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
- Is willing to work Saturdays and occasional overtime during busy seasons

- Retail, parts, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities
- Help customers in-store, over the phone, and through email
- Assist customers in finding parts and accessories for boats, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and more
- Stock and organize inventory
