About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for our location at Westfield Culver City - Culver City, CA! This role involves stepping into the position of Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. You will utilize technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores. You will collaborate with a Store Manager, leaders, and associates to help customers live their passion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with new people and working in a team to exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
  • Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
  • Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative.
  • Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Embody company culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
  • Engage customers by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
  • Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual & team performance goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase.
  • Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).
