Requirements

Must possess a safe work history
Must have a good record of behavior and attendance
Have a positive attitude and proactive approach to our safety program
Willingness to do other work as needed, including heavy labor
Ability to operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
Ability to comprehend and complete all needed paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work collectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Operates equipment to safely load rail cars, customers’ trucks, or stockpile trucks with desired specification product within legal load limits
Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (MSHA, etc.) for safe, environmentally conscious working procedures
Performs daily pre‐and‐post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
Utilizes understanding of specifications of different finished materials and the capabilities of equipment of various sizes and weights
Maintains designated work area (stockpiles, etc.)
Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities
Assists with major repairs as needed
Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
